Experience a demo and dine evening, where Michael Deane from Deanes, Belfast and Chef Jeffers will cook some delicious food. Michael is widely credited with shaping Northern Ireland’s modern culinary scene.  

Michael's cooking is rooted in European techniques with very much Northern Irish ingredients.
