As Forestside Cookery School enters its 10th year, we are incredibly excited to bring you a very special series of evenings — and we know you are going to love them too.

Join us for an unforgettable Demo & Dine experience with special guest Tommy Bowe alongside our very own Chef Jeffers. Enjoy an evening of exceptional food, live cooking demonstrations, great conversation and behind-the-scenes stories from Tommy’s remarkable career and passion for food.

Best known as one of Ireland’s most celebrated rugby players, Tommy enjoyed an outstanding career playing on the wing for Ulster, Ospreys, Ireland and the British & Irish Lions. Since retiring from professional rugby, he has successfully moved into television, business and podcasting, becoming a familiar face on Ireland AM while also building successful footwear and clothing brands.

Away from the spotlight, Tommy and his lovely family are regular visitors to Forestside Cookery School, enjoying great food and a chance to unwind — which makes this evening feel even more special to us.

Throughout the night, Chef Jeffers will chat with Tommy about his rugby career, life after sport, his latest ventures and, of course, his love of incredible food. Guests will also have the opportunity to ask Tommy questions as part of an interactive Q&A experience.
