10g salt Maldon
10g instant yeast.
35ml good olive oil
Place flour,yeast into a metal bowl in oven set @80 c for 15 minutes.
Be Careful with hit bowl, Now place bowl under mixer with dough hook blade and add salt ,oil & 3/4 water.
Start mixer off at low speed and mix for 5-8 minutes adding the remains of water slowly.
Bring speed up to medium now for 5 minutes.
Place in oiled plastic container in a warm area for 1 1/2 hours.
Gently tip dough onto floured cling film and place onto baking tray and separate into 4,this process takes a little patience so take your time at this stage.
Rest for another 15 minutes covered with oiled cling film so as cover doesn't stick to top of bread.now bake 200c for 25 minutes.
