225g self raising flour

50g butter soft

25 g caster sugar

Pinch of salt

125 ml buttermilk

4tbsp milk

Method

Simply Mix flour salt,sugar  & butter gently with your hands now slowly ad butter milk and milk.

Egg wash and glaze .
