Join our sushi expert Anne Wong on how to master the secret skills of sushi so you can make it in your own home. Usually in Japan it takes years to perfect sushi, but you will learn a few tricks to complete your sushi dishes at our cookery school in one session.

Anne Wong, along with her husband Colin, owns the very famous Mandarin City Restaurant in Ballyhackamore, Belfast.  She is originally from Hong Kong but has lived in Northern Ireland for many years.  She has a vast knowledge of Asian cuisine and she makes it look so easy.

You will sit down afterwards & enjoy your sushi in our lovely dining room.

You will make:

Californian Rolls - Cucumber, Crab and Avocado.

Nigiri Prawn Roll.

Asparagus Tempura Roll.

Ura Maki Roll.


Nikiri Soy Sauce, Pickled Ginger & Wasabi.
