Greek cuisine has a culinary tradition of some 4,000 years and is a part of the history and the culture of Greece. Greek cuisine is very diverse and although there are many common characteristics amongst the culinary traditions of different regions within the country, dishes such as moussaka, mezze, stuffed vine leaves, and their gorgeous desserts, baklava and natural yoghurts and to die for honey.
In this class you will make:
Lamb Stifado (braised lamb, red wine, shallots & spices).
Roasted Aubergine, Feta, Lemon & Parsley.
Greek Yoghurt, Honey & Mint Dressing.
Gyros - Greek Flat Bread.
