In this class you will learn how to make:
Pav Bhaji (Mumbai style Potato & vegetable buttery curry served with brioche bun).
Crispy Aloo Tikka (North Indian crushed spiced potato patties with spiced dipping sauce).
Onion Pakora (fried spicy Indian onion fritters).
