We are surrounded by wonderful fish and shellfish on this little island. We are spoilt for choice in the variety of seafood we have in our waters. Chef Jeffers’ specialty in cooking is fish & shellfish, he has an array of different recipes & flavours to share with you. On this class you will be able to learn how to cook a variety of dishes, sit down in our lovely dining area.

In this class you will learn how to make; 

Master the Art of Filleting Fish, Open Oysters & Stock/Sauce Making.

Fillet Fish of the Day (eg., sea bass, bream, flat fish or sole etc.)

Grilled Oyster - Gremolata.

Serve your Filleted Fish with Capers, Fine Herb Fish Veloute.

Dishes includes Two Chef's Sides.

Complimentary Chilled Bubbly and House Lemonade.
