We are surrounded by wonderful fish and shellfish on this little island. We are spoilt for choice in the variety of seafood we have in our waters. Chef Jeffers’ specialty in cooking is fish & shellfish, he has an array of different recipes & flavours to share with you. On this class you will be able to learn how to cook a variety of dishes, sit down in our lovely dining area.

In this class you will learn how to make: 

Steamed Normandy Style Mussels -Fennel, Cider & Creme Fraiche.

Natural Smoked Fish - Curried Spiced Risotto & Poached Hen's Egg.

Tempura of Assorted Shrimp and Vegetables - Tentsuyu Sauce.
