We are surrounded by wonderful fish and shellfish on this little island. We are spoilt for choice in the variety of seafood we have in our waters. Chef Jeffers’ specialty in cooking is fish & shellfish, he has an array of different recipes & flavours to share with you. On this class you will be able to learn how to cook a variety of dishes, sit down in our lovely dining area.

Kerala King Prawns Curry ⁃ Lime Leaf Fragrant Rice  ⁃  with Chefs Preserved Mango Chutney & Indian Flat Bread.
