Indian cuisine is one of the worlds’ oldest. With its wonderful spices, flavours and colours, most people don’t know where to start with the vast amount of spices, but at Forestside Cookery School, you’ll be pleasantly surprised how easy it really is.

In this class you will learn how to make:

Gobi Pakora (Crispy Cauliflower, Onion & Chilli Fritters).
Aloo Samosas - Curried Spiced Steamed Potatoes, Peas & Coriander.
Chickpea Fritters, Coconut Yogurt Dressing.
Masala Oven Chips.
Tomato Chutney & Mint Chutney.
