Indian cuisine is one of the worlds’ oldest. With its wonderful spices, flavours and colours, most people don’t know where to start with the vast amount of spices, but at Forestside Cookery School, you’ll be pleasantly surprised how easy it really is.

Chefs Indian - Mixed Platter Selection for Starter.
Onion Bhagi - Tamarind Dipping Sauce.
Curried Potato & Pea Samosas.
Prawn Puri.

You’ll Make:
Free Range Chicken Korma.
Gobi Aloo (cauliflower & potato dish).
Pilau Rice.
Tomato Kachumber.

Mango Kheer (Indian Mango Rice Pudding).
